Our company was founded by Anil H. Thadani. Being that he has been deeply involved in every facet of real estate since 1982, and as a real estate investment banker since 1988, he has structured and arranged debt and equity transactions exceeding $3 billion to a handful of loyal clients. Mr. Thadani has also been a development partner in the Southeast U.S.A. for apartment communities in North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida, and Georgia.

Mr. Thadani was a past member of the Advisory Board of the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. He currently serves as a member of the Central Florida Board of Truist Bank.
